Janet Evans
Janet began her riding career in 1966 with Vicki Hart and hasn’t stopped since. As a child, she rode Western, Hunters, ran barrels and showed a built up Tennessee Walker. As an adult, Janet took up Dressage, more Hunters; and who can resist the thrill of Eventing or the beauty of an AQHA halter horse. She has studied with many of the top riders and trainers in the country in multiple disciplines and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others.

Suddenly Blessed
Suddenly Blessed, affectionately known as Suds, is a stunning Off The Track Thoroughbred who brings energy, elegance, and heart to every ride. With his athletic build and expressive movement, he quickly became a favorite among intermediate and advanced riders looking to grow their skills and confidence.
Suds loves having a job. Whether he is jumping, picking up speed, or focusing on precision and balance, he gives his riders his full attention and enthusiasm. He is the kind of horse who makes every ride feel exciting and rewarding.
Thee Journey
Journey is a Arabian Sporthorse and the son of Thee Desperado, known for his expressive movement and exceptional jumping ability. His talent and athleticism make him a favorite among intermediate and advanced riders who enjoy a responsive, capable partner.
What truly sets Journey apart, however, is his kind and patient nature. Despite his skill set, he has a gentle side and genuinely enjoys helping beginner riders find their seat and build confidence at the trot. He meets every rider where they are and takes pride in helping them grow.
Paisley Grace
Paisley Grace
Gentle, and full of heart, Paisley Grace is deeply loved by our intermediate and advanced students. She brings grace and consistency to every ride, making her especially well suited for riders who enjoy the precision and harmony of dressage and English pleasure.
Paisley Grace has a calming presence and a natural rhythm that encourages riders to focus on connection, balance, and feel. She rewards patience and soft riding, making every ride with her both educational and enjoyable.

Primera
Paisley Grace
Primera made her way to the barn all the way from Europe, where she competed at high levels and brought home numerous titles and championships. After a successful career, she is now enjoying her well earned senior years.
While mostly retired from competition, Primera still loves having a purpose. She shines when helping beginners take their very first steps in the saddle, offering patience, steadiness, and a calm presence that helps riders feel safe and confident.
Selma
Brigand
With experience in Special Olympics and 4 H programs, Selma brings patience, kindness, and a steady presence to every ride. She has a way of putting riders at ease, making her a favorite among beginner students learning either English or Western.
Selma is especially known for having one of the smoothest canters in the barn, helping riders build confidence while still enjoying the ride.
She is available for lease by the right TEC student!
Brigand
Brigand
A perennial favorite, Brigand is happily enjoying his golden years surrounded by love, scratches, and plenty of snacks, generously provided by both students and parents alike.
Though he is mostly retired, Brigand’s presence remains a big part of the TEC family. He has taught countless riders over the years, and today he continues his job by welcoming everyone who walks through the barn with his quiet charm and familiar face.
Mini Love
The life of the party and the perfect pony pals for our littlest riders, Willow, Chip, and Mini B are a beloved part of the TEC family. These three minis bring fun, patience, and plenty of personality to every birthday bash and beginner lesson.
For many young riders, their very first ride happens on Chip or Mini B, making these minis a special part of so many early and foundational riding memories.
Boone & Red
Red is one of our most beginner friendly geldings, known for his calm demeanor and willingness to take care of his riders. He comfortably goes both English and Western, making him a great match for students who are just starting out or exploring different riding styles.
He is available for lease by the right TEC student!

Boone proudly serves as the Choctaw War Horse for our local football games, carrying the spirit, pride, and energy of the team onto the field.
Boone loves being part of the community and thrives in environments filled with cheering crowds, school spirit, and celebration as well as helping our intermediate and advance students become better athletes.
Karmah
Captain
Karmah came to TEC as a colt and has grown up right here at the barn, developing into a capable and athletic partner. Bred by Rohara Arabians, he carries outstanding bloodlines that show in both his movement and willingness to work.
Karmah is ridden by our intermediate and advanced students, particularly those working on low level jumping.
He is available for lease by the right TEC student!
Captain
Captain
Captain comes from impressive bloodlines and carries a special legacy at the Equestrian Center. His grandfather, Coco, once stood here at the barn, making Captain’s connection to TEC a meaningful part of our school's history.
Captain is a versatile and willing partner who can be ridden both English and Western by intermediate and advanced students.
He is available for lease by the right TEC student!
Monty
Monty is an Off The Track Thoroughbred (OTTB) who is currently being retrained to support our intermediate and advanced students. With his athletic background and growing skill set, he offers riders the opportunity to learn alongside him as he develops into his next chapter.
He is being leased and loved by his favorite student!
Storm
Storm is a talented Quarter Horse mare who came to TEC as a five year old and quickly found her stride in the dressage arena under Ms. Janet’s guidance.
